Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 7) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of QUARTICON S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 19 April 2021, the Company received the resignation of Mr Michał Markowski from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 30 April 2021. No reason was provided for the resignation.
Legal ground: § 3 sub-paragraph 1 point 7) of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
