The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs of the dates for the transmission of periodical reports in 2022:
Consolidated annual report for 2021 – 18 March 2022,
Consolidated quarterly reports:
- 1Q 2022 report – 16 May 2022;
- 2Q 2022 report – 16 August 2022;
- 3Q 2022 report – 14 November 2022.
The Board of Directors of the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 6 point 10a of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market" the Company will not publish the periodic report for 4Q 2021.
Any changes of dates for periodical reports will be published as a current report.
Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
